Whilst We (Manchester K9) strive to achieve the best outcomes for dogs and clients, results are dependant upon a number of factors, such as consistency of training and owner compliance. We therefore cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
The client is solely responsible for the dog, both during and after training.
Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and be free from any contagious disease or health conditions. The client must notify us in writing of any health issue the dog may have.
Payment is due in advance of any training or therapy sessions.
For therapy sessions subject to invoice, all invoices must be paid within a 14 day period. Late payment will incur a £100.00 late payment fee.
